The consortium of National Law universities [CNLU] has announced that applications for the Common Entrance Test will be open till 13 November for CLAT 2022. The CLAT will be conducted on 18 December 2022. CNLUs have released some sample papers also. There are 22 National law universities [NLUs] that offer Law Programmes [UG and PG] through CLAT. The CLAT 2023 will be held in offline mode.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR CLAT 2023:-
Age Limit - There is no age limit for CLAT UG and CLAT PG.
The number Of attempt - There is no limit on attempts.
Nationality - Indians, NRIs, PIO, and OCI are eligible for CLAT 2023.
CLAT UG Education Qualification - Candidate must have qualified 10+2 or an equivalent exam with a minimum of 45% marks and a minimum of 40% for the reserved category.
CLAT PG Education Qualification - Candidate must have qualified LLB with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and 45% for reserved category.
Fee Structure - CLAT application fee payment will be done online mode and is nonrefundable. For General/OBC/PWD/NRI/PIO/OCI the application fee is Rs.4000/- and for SC/ST/BPL category candidates, the application fee is Rs.3500/-

The login page will appear on the screen, click on the ‘register’ button, enter the registration details and then register. Fill out the form properly and upload all the documents required.
Despite passing the exam, those who do not match the aforementioned requirements will be automatically rejected. One should fill out the application carefully, and all information provided by the candidate should be accurate and fair.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:-
1. A scanned copy of front facing passport size recent photograph with a plain background- 500kb [jpg/jpeg/PNG format]
2. A scanned signature of the candidate – 100kb [jpg/jpeg/PNG format]
3. A category certificate for SC/ST/OBC or PWD Candidate – 2mb [PDF Format]
4. Domicile certificate- 2mb [PDF format]
5. BPL certificate [if required]
Admit cards will be available 10 days before the exam.
