The National Testing Agency has released the dates for the 2023 Common University Entrance Test (CUET) for admission to undergraduate and integrated postgraduate studies at the 90 participating universities, the CUET 2023 will be held from May 21 to May 31. The first week of February will see the online release of the CUET 2023 application form on the official website, cuet.samarth.ac.in. To apply for CUET 2023, candidates can register on their own, submit the needed paperwork, and pay the prerequisite price.


INTRODUCTION TO CUET-


The computer-based CUET will be administered in two slots. The exam will be divided into four sections: Section 1A (a language test), Section 1B (an optional language test), Section 2 (a test of a particular subject), and Section 3 (general test). The CUET score will be accepted by all participating universities for admission to UG programs. CUET 2023 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA-

Candidates must review all qualifying requirements before applying for the CUET-UG. The NTA determines the requirements for eligibility to take the CUET UG exam, while the participating universities determine the requirements for each programme. To be eligible for the CUET 2023, candidates must have a Class 10+2 diploma from an accredited board. To learn about the requirements for admission, all candidates must visit the official websites of their individual universities.


CUET 2023 APPLICATION FORM-


NTA will proviso issue the CUET-UG application form around the first week of February 2023. To check the application form, candidates can go to the official website at cuet.samarth.ac.in. Candidates must first register on the portal by completing the requested information, and they must then finish the application process by sending the needed documents and application money.


CUET 2023 APPLICATION FEES-


Candidates must pay the application fee after completing the CUET application form. Payment options for the CUET application fee for 2023 include debit card, UPI, Pay TM services, credit card, and net banking. Only after the application costs have been successfully submitted will the CUET 2023 application procedure be finished.

General: Rs. 650.

General-EWS or OBC-NCL - Rs. 600.

SC/ST/PwBD/Third gender - Rs. 550.



CUET EXAM CENTRES 2023 -


When submitting their CUET 2023 application, all candidates must select the exam centres they wish to use. Up to three exam locations are available to candidates. Since the CUET exam location cannot be changed after the fact, it is crucial to choose it carefully. The CUET UG test was administered by NTA in 2022 in 259 Indian cities and 10 foreign cities, including Manama, Doha, Dubai, Kathmandu, Muscat, Riyadh, Sharjah, Singapore, Kuwait City, and New York.


CUET EXAM PATTERN 2023- 


The CUET exam will be administered in 2023 over two sessions, each with four portions. Sections 1A (language test), 1B (optional language test), Section 2 (domain-specific test), and Section 3 make up this list (general test).


CUET MARKING SCHEME 2023- 


The CUET UG exam's marking scheme is determined by NTA. Each right response will earn the students 5 points. One mark will be deducted from the total for each incorrect response. There will be no penalty points for not responding to a question.


CUET 2023 - Previous Year’s Statistics


From July 15 to August 30, 2022, NTA administered the CUET UG test in six rounds. The candidates submitted applications for 54,555 different topic combinations. A total of 50476 questions were contained in a total of 2219 question papers.
